Our Mill is located in Ganaceto, in the province of Modena, in the heart of the Food Valley. Opened in the late 1970s, we grind wheat flour for professional and domestic use, adopting innovative technologies that allow us to constantly improve the performance and efficiency of our products.
To ensure the highest quality and safety of the raw material, the facility is equipped with 4 domes and 23 silos for the total storage of 17000 tons of conventional soft wheat, as well as 46 cells for the storage of 5500 tons of organic soft wheat.

In these weeks our members thresh wheat and deliver it directly to us or indirectly to our delivery centers. The trucks and tractors enter the farm, line up and, when it is their turn, stand on the weighbridge for the acceptance stage.

Depending on the type of wheat, and the values found through initial analysis, the vehicle is directed to one of the three unloading stations in the plant. The wheat is unloaded either sideways or frontally, depending on the vehicle model, ready for the next stages of processing.
From the unloading pit, the grain is pushed upward with bucket elevators until it reaches the top floor of the plant. It then begins its descent by fall, passing through several separators that remove dust, straw and stones.
Grain is stored in domes or silos, depending on the variety. Inside the domes, a ventilation technique lowers temperatures below 30°C, expelling hot air
